Lexus simplifies the use of technical equipment of their cars

Most rich people, Lexus’s clients, are too snobbish to deal with new types of vehicle’s equipment. This is why a new Tech Help Center of Lexus is about to start its activity.

To help customers with the car technique, a Tech Help Center is created

Mark Templin, Lexus group vice president complains that most clients don’t want to get in use with modern software of their cars. According to his speech, it’s too difficult to deal with clients’ problems today. To avoid this, a new service will be opened. One specialist will introduce a new car to its owner and another specialist will answer client’s questions about car’s equipment. Moreover, special programs for PC, Android and MAC will be issued, so that clients can learn how to use their car’s software even without specialists. Lexus wants to gather clients’ opinions on new technique so that they can improve something in upcoming models.
